How do I place an order for balloons?
You can place an order through our website by selecting your desired balloon bouquet and proceeding to checkout. Alternatively, you can call us directly for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay for online orders. For phone orders, credit card payments are preferred.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement. Coming soon, you will be able to order by individual balloon choice, right now we are focusing on occasion bouquets.
Can I schedule an order for a future date?
Yes, you can schedule your order for a future date during the checkout process. Simply select the desired delivery date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Please contact us directly to cancel your order.

How does your delivery service work?
Our delivery team ensures your balloons arrive on time and in perfect condition. You can choose your delivery date and time during checkout.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to most areas within the city and surrounding suburbs. Please enter your zip code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
Is there a delivery fee?
For most deliveries there is no fee, however if delivery is outside of our nomal delivery area a fee may be added to your order. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my delivery?
No, at this time we do not have delivery tracking functionality.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
If no one is available to receive the bouquet, we’ll do our best to contact you using the information provided with your order. Unless you’ve given us permission in advance to leave the bouquet at your door or with a trusted neighbor, we’ll need to reschedule the delivery. If we’re unable to reach you, we’ll leave a notice with simple instructions for arranging a new delivery time. Our goal is to make sure every bouquet arrives safely and is ready to brighten someone’s day.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
No. To give every bouquet the care and attention it deserves, we do not offer same-day delivery. We recommend placing your order at least 48 hours in advance. During checkout, you’ll be able to view our available delivery dates and choose the option that works best for your celebration.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time by contacting our customer service team.
What should I do if my balloons arrive damaged?
If your balloons arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

We deliver on Saturdays and some holidays. However, delivery availability may vary on certain holidays, so please check during checkout.
