We Want Every Delivery to Bring a Smile
At Balloony Toons, every balloon bouquet is handcrafted specifically for your order.
Because each bouquet is custom-made and scheduled for delivery, our refund policy helps us fairly balance preparation costs while providing flexibility whenever possible.
Order Cancellations
More Than 24 Hours Before Delivery
If you need to cancel your order more than 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time, we will gladly provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Delivery
Once your order enters the final preparation stage, balloons, materials, and delivery scheduling have already been committed to your bouquet.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery, we are generally unable to provide a refund.
If we have not yet begun preparing your bouquet, we may be able to accommodate your request at our discretion.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to update your delivery address, delivery time, card message, balloon colors, or another order detail, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our very best to accommodate changes before your bouquet enters production. Some changes may not be possible if your bouquet has already been prepared or the delivery route has been finalized.
Delivery Issues
If something is not right with your order, please let us know immediately.
Delivery issues may include:
- The wrong bouquet was delivered.
- The bouquet was delivered to the incorrect address when the address provided was correct.
- The bouquet arrived damaged.
- Items included with the order were missing.
We will work quickly to make things right whenever possible. Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement bouquet, partial refund, full refund, or store credit.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, delivery address, and contact phone number.
If incorrect or incomplete information prevents a successful delivery, additional delivery charges may apply. Refunds cannot be issued for deliveries that cannot be completed because incorrect information was provided with the order.
Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
Balloon deliveries may occasionally be delayed or rescheduled because of severe weather, unsafe road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
If we are unable to safely complete your delivery, we will contact you promptly to discuss available options, including rescheduling or a refund when appropriate.
Quality Guarantee
We take pride in every bouquet we create. If your order arrives with a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Photos may be requested so we can better understand the issue and resolve it quickly. Our goal is always to leave both you and your recipient smiling.
